In my healing journey, I discovered a breakthrough treatment for IBS that had defied conventional medicine. It took me four years of trial and error before I finally succeeded. In 2022, a patient suffering from IBS—Elder Joseph Muiruri from Ruiru, who has given me permission to share his name—came to me to try natural healing. I initially put him on strong dewormers, relaxers, and soothers, but they did not work.

He never lost hope. Every few months, he would return and ask me to try something new, which I did. This process went on for four long years. He even kept a notebook to record every product I gave him that failed. Whenever I forgot, he would check his notes and remind me of what hadn't worked.

Through his resilience and hope, he kept pushing me to do more research. That is when I dove deeper. I searched my library, and in one particular book—Medicinal Plants of Africa by J.O. Kokwaro—I discovered an herb traditionally used to treat chronic bowel diseases and decided to try it. I personally went out into the wilderness, found the plant, and harvested its flowers, which were the part needed. After drying them according to the instructions in the book, I gave them to the client. Following a month-long dose, he was completely healed of his stubborn IBS. That was in December 2025.
