Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within  3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Domestic Shipping
  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over 4,000 ksh. For orders under 4000, a flat delivery fee of Ksh 300 applies.
    • Shipping Duration is  24 hours
  • International Shipping
  • Available to select countries with varying shipping rates based on location. Delivery times depend on the destination country and can range from  7-30 business days.
    • Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery of your package.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated time frames, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may return any unopened and unused product within 7 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
  • Only items purchased directly from Neem Nutraceuticlas are eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

How to Return a Product:

  2. Return Shipping: Ship the product back to us at Nyota Building, 3rd Floor Suite 304, Accra road Nairobi . Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
  3. Refunds: Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within  7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products:

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please return the original item for a  new order.
