Canker sores are painful ulcers inside the mouth. They develop suddenly, usually in groups of two or three, but can appear singly. Due to spicy and acidic foods the sores may burn and tingle. They can last from four to ten days.
Canker sores have a white middles with red rim and range in size from that of pin head to one inch (2.5cm) or more. Recurrences are common with abnormally high levels of stress or as a reaction to certain foods. Canker sore are sometimes confused with cold sores although cold sore begin as red bumps and turn into blisters.
Allergy sensitivity especially to a substance called gluten that is found in grains. 3. Myrrh –stops soreness and inflammation Form and dosage Tincture; take 5 drops in ¼ cup water, used as a mouthwash 3 times daily
4. Quercetin-stops inflammation Form and dosage Tablets; take 125-250 mg 3 times daily between meals.
5. Rockrose– heals and eases the pain of mouth sores. Also known as sun rose Form and dosage Extract use as a mouthwash
